Turbo Primer has been engineered to effectively remove contaminates and increase the cure speed of Turbo Fuse Cyanoacrylate Adhesives. The effectiveness of Turbo Primer is dependable in a number of difficult applications particularly when bonding Polyolefins such as Polyethlene or Polypropolyene.
Turbo Primer will also increase the ability to bond other difficult materials as Silicone, rubber and thermoplastics elastomers.
User Instructions:
Turbo Primer can be used by simply spraying it on the parts you wish to bond, or the parts can be dipped in the Turbo Primer. Allow to evaporate for about 30 seconds and then bond parts with Turbo Fuse Cyanoacrylate Adhesives. After the parts are primed they do not have to be bonded at once. The Turbo Primer generally has a prime-time of twenty-four hours. For the best result, bonding should take place within 60 minutes of priming.
Keep the primed area free of contamination or handling.
Turbo Primer will not effect the full setting time of Turbo Fuse Cyanoacrylate Adhesives. Full setting will be achieved within 24 hours.
